I live with love in my heart and passion in my soul. I have 2 big loves in my life - fitness and business! I studied finance (yes, I can count money even I am blonde 💰) and also became a yoga coach (yes, I can help you touch your toes 🧘‍♀️). Now I help people with their minds, bodies and businesses.
My days are full of energy! I organize yoga retreats, help businesses grow and even work with soldiers to bring them peace through yoga. Life is busy, but I love what I do!
I believe in karma, good people and the magic of five handshakes 🤝 I also believe that discipline is not about being perfect - it’s about moving forward, step by step, every day.

Right now, I’m working on finding my balance and see that won't manage to do it alone😉 Maybe you can help me with that? 😊
